Something is Killing the Children #16 To Reveal Erica's Past
Erica's past is about to be revealed in Something is Killing the Children #16.
This new story arc will begin in Something is Killing the Children #16, which will also act as a jumping on point for new readers.
Since its launch the BOOM! Studios comic has received a multitude of favorable reviews which has seen the series being nominated for and Eisner Award. What began as a simple Monster-tale has evolved into something far more, and is one story thats well worth investing in!
Something is Killing the Children has been a fantastic thrill-ride since its bloody and gruesome beginning way back when. The town of Archer's Peak has had its fair share of misery these last few months. What with monsters eating pretty much everything in sight, to the mysterious Order of St. George.
One things remained a constant throughout. Who is the real Erica Slaughter, and what's her story?
While the fan-favorite Monster Hunter's past hasn't been fully explored yet within the SiKtC series, it's one that both myself and others are eager to learn. Thankfully series writer, James Tynion IV is soon going to take us back to before Archer's Peak, to Erica's early days within the House of Slaughter.
It's going to be interesting to see how this young woman got into the Monster Hunting business, and more so what she had to do to join the Order of St. George.
We don't have long to wait as this new arc begins in Something is Killing the Children #16 this coming May.
